Institutional Sales
The Real Food Network is working to bring local food into institutional kitchens in the county -- beginning with the hospital and the schools... During the growing season, we gather information about produce availability and prices from local growers, collate it, and send out a weekly "Fresh Fax" to the food services. We also facilitate ordering, pick-up, delivery, and invoicing. The project is funded, in part, by the NYS Dep't of Agriculture. |

The Real Food Network is a project of Community Agriculture of Columbia County, an educational non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening our rural community and local economy by working toward a more localized food system in our county in the Hudson Valley of upstate New York. |
